[TYPO3] Event ext - notify subscriber when event is getting near

For events without registration, I recommend "Calendar Base" (cal). For
events with registrations, I recommend the "Seminar Manager" (seminars)
which yesterday was released in a new major version. The Seminar Manager
doesn't offer the feature of notifications when an event is getting near
yet, but this feature is planned (help or sponsoring is greatly
appreciated for that).
