[TYPO3] css_styled_content Gone from Extension Repository?

Yes, I guess that is an important difference. Thank you for clarifying
that. I guess what made the problem worse was seeing on various
websites people discussing the idea that css_styled_content was no
longer available. (They were wrong about that and it misled me.)
