[TYPO3] css_styled_content Gone from Extension Repository?

Hey Arthur,

I think there is one of the classic mistakes in TYPO3 again:

You gotta differ between:
- "TYPO3 Extension Repository" (TER), the database holding ALL available 
extensions on TYPO3.org. (see "Import Extensions" in your TYPO3 backend)
- "Extension Manager" (EM), the part of the TYPO3 backend that 
administrates all extensions on your TYPO3 installation. To see what 
extensions are already on your server, check out "Install Extensions" 
from the dropdown.
