[TYPO3] Typo3 upgrade from 3.6 to 4.1

You can risk updating straight from 3.6.1 to 4.1.1 but much safer is to 
go version by version: 3.6.1 - 3.7 - 3.7.1 - 3.8 - 4.0 - 4.1. If you 
have symlinked installation, it will be easy and fast.
