[TYPO3] Is htmlArea dead?

what about if there's a possibility to use the Constant editor in the 
look of a text guided wizzard?
1) "Do you want to add the icons Cut & Paste?"
yes => toolbarentries[]=cut; toolbarentries[]=paste;
...
2) "How do you want to sort the toolbar?"
[ 1 ] [ 2 ] ...
cut   paste ...


It would probably get easier. Plus you can still use the features of 
selecting and copying a bunch of TS lines through the template module.

Of course something like this would have to be implemented globally, not 
only in the RTE.
