[TYPO3] sr_feuser_register doesn't generate the SETFIXED code in mails

To answer my own question (may be of use to someone else): in creating 
the different pages according to the configuration steps in the manual, 
I mistakenly put access restrictions (to the FE users group) on the 
'confirm' page. That's why no SETFIXED params where generated. Now it's 
working fine.
