[TYPO3] mysql incorrect information frm

Hi list!

I woke up this morning and got my databeses with errors im tables:

cache_hash
cache_imagesizes
cache_md5params
cache_pages
cache_pagesection
cache_typo3temp_log
fe_sessions
fe_session_data
sys_log

They are "in use"

sql_debug says that there is:
Incorrect information in file: './my_base/cache_hash.frm' (same for every 
table) how can I repair this?
