[TYPO3] Remove <//font> tags

Hello all.

We've been having some problem lately with trailing //font tags.
I've searched bugs and mailinglists, and all I've come up with is this:

It COULD be related to that, but I've failed to produce a working solution.

The problem is a //font tags (note the double slash as well)  sneaks in
several places, and I can't seem to remove it.
I've even removed it from the DB manually, but it keeps coming back at
editing.

Does anyone have a fix?
