[TYPO3] Where do I insert static data on TYPO3 for content reuse?

Where do I insert static data on TYPO3 for content reuse?
Several pages on my website make reference to the same information (textual or numerical). Information needs to be in 6 languages. Where and how do I insert database tables with my own static information (which will be updated periodically)? From the web pages themselves, how do I make a reference to a certain record or range of records so that records can be HTML output within a paragraph of text or inside a table?
