[TYPO3] How to create an updated menu?

Hi!
I'm using http://phpfi.com/240666 to show a list of updated pages. Well 
it works fine, except that it shows pages that are subpages of hidden pages.

e.g.
- A    --> unhidden
- B    --> hiden
-- B.A --> unhidden
-C     --> unhidden
--C.A  --> unhidden

So how to modify it, that it doesn't show B.A? The same should apply for 
any subpage of B.A..

Is this possible?
