[TYPO3] Indexed Search Engine Not working - Call for assistance, paid

my other site running 4.0.6 search does work.

is indexed search buggy on 4.0.6 compared to 4.1.1 ?

Im afraid upgrading will break my site otherwise, which might be a 
problem ;-)

That my only recourse left?
