[TYPO3] Typo3: File & Filelist: Filter possible?

Hello everyone

My name is Ben and i am new to this list.

I wonder if there is an option to filter the files visible from
Filelist?

On my TypoScript i used the paramter PATH to point to a directory
containing various files.
But i would like to filter those with wildcards a la "N*.pdf" or
"N_*_O.pdf".

Anyone got an idea for me?
