[TYPO3] mod-rewrite for IIS recommendations?

90%+ of our typo3 sites are on Linux but we have a couple where the 
client wanted to host on windows. I have been pretty unhappy with our 
stability on IIS. I am about to do a fresh install around fast-CGI 
instead of ISAPI to try and help with stability but my bigger problem is 
with mod-rewrite. I want to use RealUrl or at least SimulateStatic with 
these sites but the mod-rewrite plug in I am using for IIS is extremely 
unstable.

Anyone have any recommendations for a solid mod-rewrite plug-in for IIS?
