[TYPO3] problems with an URL that doesn't have a trailing '/'

Check Out this here. It will solve your problems. We had similar problems
but since we are using Cooluri all of them are gone :-)

For propper redirects fromwithin TYPO3 you will need the extension
jb_stuts_code. With this extension it is possible to redirect properly 301
to other Pages and Domains. It is also described here in the tutorial.
Check your .htaccess in rout directory (Example is given in the tutorial)
