[TYPO3] Shortcut URL generation is 'wrong'.

Hey Guys,
for a top menu I want that realUrl is going to generate a URL of the
page the shortcut points to,
not the URL of the current page.
This I want to do for a top menu where each menu item is added by the
webmaster.
I have this structure
page1
page2
page3
page4
page5
page_a1
page_a2
Page_a3
topmenu
info
page1
page3
page_a3
community
page5
page_a2
Now when I generate my top menu, real url generates something like
- www.domain.com/topmenu/info/page1
But what I want is that realUrl generates a menu like this:
How would I go ahead and do this in with my site that is realUrl
enabled?
Or is this simply not possible due to the nature of realUrl ot
understanding what a shortcut is?
thanks in advance,
