[TYPO3] Configure flexform via TS

Hi All,

Is possible configure flexform via TS ?

Example:
I want use plugin "New Login Box". There is function "permanent login". But
this function can be turn on only by the setting variable in flexform. So,
if I want use this function I have to insert plugin to tt_contetn and set
flexforn. Is possible add flexform  to plugin from other source then
tt_content.pi_flexform (e.g. TS) ?
