[TYPO3] passing variables to PHP script

Hi all

Jan and I have been working on this problem ... but Jan isnt
familiar with Templavoila, so we have hit a snag.

I have the PHP script with Typo3 Globals, etc, but we can't work
out how to code the typoscript in the template to get it to render 
properly.

Without TV, Jan says

page.20 = PHP_SCRIPT_INT
page.20.file = fileadmin/IHInternalSpokeNav.php

works fine ... but we have tried a few things with lib.myObject 
(which is mapped) but can't get anything to work.

Any suggestions?
