[TYPO3] UTF-8 characters become rubbish in JS popup windows

Hi all,

	I don't know wether it problem has been addressed or asked before. I
have googled for a while but found no solution. Please help my situation
descripted below:

	I put some chinese in the Message, Formmail OK field in the constant
editor. Then I tried it out in the frontend. The JS popup with rubbish
in it. Any way to remedy this problem?? How can I display chinese
(UTF-8) in this JS popup??

	I have already install onet_correctform to correct the validate JS popup.
