[TYPO3] Disable header in content elements

Hi,
is it possible to disable the headers of content elements through TS
completely? I have site where I 't want don't want headers to be used
but the RTE instead. However, as editors might edit on admin accounts,
I would like to disable the displaying of the headers in the FE instead
of disabling the header field in the BE. Is that possible at all?
