[TYPO3] CoolUri & SQL engine parse ERROR

Hi Jan,

at first thanks for your great help.
I don't think, that the problem one of my used extensions is.

The point are my settings for utf-8:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['multiplyDBfieldSize'] = '2';	//  Modified or 
inserted by TYPO3 Install Tool.
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['setDBinit'] = 'SET NAMES utf8'.chr(10).'SET 
CHARACTER SET utf8'.chr(10).'SET SESSION character_set_server = 
utf8'.chr(10).'SET character_set_connection = utf8';	// Modified or 
inserted by TYPO3 Install Tool.
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['UTF8filesystem'] = '1';	//  Modified or 
inserted by TYPO3 Install Tool.
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['BE']['forceCharset'] = 'utf-8';	//  Modified or 
inserted by TYPO3 Install Tool.

When i use the version 0.0.11 from the TER i get my error message. When 
i comment this lines in the localconf out, i can install the version 
from TER.

With these setting i can install the version you have sent me.
I'v tried this two times.
But i don't know why. Is in these settings something wrong or could it 
be another thing?
