[TYPO3] CoolUri & SQL engine parse ERROR

but i'm not using dbal.....
It's deactivated and i nevver had activated it before.

I'm not a programmer and after thinking about it:
I started this Typo-instalation with php4 (i think 4.4.3) Then i made a 
backup and a sql-dump.
I changed the system to php5 and restored the installation.
Could this be a problem?
