[TYPO3] delte cache of a specific page

hi all,

i need to clear the cache of a specific page, if a new page is created 
under page x.

background is, that i have a section menu on one page which is not 
recreated if a new page is created/deleted in the section.

any hints on this?

ps: the different ts config options do not meet my problem. they just 
work on editing an existing page...
