[TYPO3] Cache tables crash (in use) after server restart

Hi,

On one of my serwers I have this problem: when servers are restarted some of 
the cache tables (ex. tx_realurl_urlencodecache  or cache_pagesection) are 
set in SQL as "in use". This makes my TYPO3 display errors. After every 
rebot I have to "repair them" so they could work properly. What is the couse 
of this problem? Do I have to set some tables maintenance after every server 
startup? Will it help?
