[TYPO3] TT_NEWS template conditions question

I have wrote extension based on tt_news. And now I have question:

I have some fields in every item, like
<div class="row">
<div class="label">###LABEL_heat###</div><div 
class="value">###FIELD_heat###</div>
<div>
can I make something, so if ###FIELD_heat### is empty, all this stuff 
row will not be  shown? Have This templates something like conditions?
