[TYPO3] Version requirement of Typo3-4.0.4

Thanks for this info.  I assume the 4.1.1 will work on all these too...

Would it be a good idea to include minimum requirements or recommended 
versions of things like
Apache server -
PHP -
MySql -
ImageMagic -

in the release notes of every version or at least major releases?
