[TYPO3] Looking for prototype documentation and how to use it in the BE

Hi Ries and Those dealing with Prototype.

As some extensions seem to bring their own prototypes it would be also
interesting to know about which one is the one causing the fewest conflicts
with other extensions. i.e. we had to deactivate wc_lowpro and
wc_scriptaculous to get the pages not always reloading and reloading in
IE7!!! this is probably a BUG???

prototypejs also didn't worked well!
