[TYPO3] Restircting image placement options

I'm currently building a site using TV, and one of the design
constraints is that people who are in the group 'editors' will only have
the option of inserting imaging into a content element using the 'in
text, right' option. I've searched through the documentation, and can't
see exactly how it would work.

How would I go about doing this?
