[TYPO3] Problem with htmlArea RTE editor

Hi list!

I have a problem with some tools of the publishing htmlArea RTE of 
typo3. When i want to use some option that opens popup, this one popup 
is opened and it is closed right away, besides to reload the page. Some 
of this options are the one to insert image, to insert link, to insert 
character special…)

At the moment I am using version 3.8.1 of typo3.
