Hey,

why do you have homepage with 2 different URLs? (http://ug.typo3-nrw.de/ 
and http://ug.typo3-nrw.de/startseite.html).

If you want this to make an example solution, it shouldn't give bad 
examples when the solution is so easy - instead of having shortcut from 
root to startpage, you need to make shortcut from startpage to root.
