You can safely ignore this warning. This is phpMyAdmin's strange idea 
about using indexes and this idea is completely wrong.

<rant>
By the way, you should not send images to the list: it seriously 
increases traffic to typo3 servers and traffic is paid thing! There were 
nothing in both images that added value to description of the problem. 
Normally image should be uploaded somewhere and link to it provided in 
your post.
