[TYPO3] simulateStaticDocuments

Hi,

This is the second question from today :).
I try to switch the website to simulateStaticDocuments and everythings 
goes fine. But I have one more desire.
Can I insert in link also the name of the parent page?

Ex. if the page Contact is under the page "About us" the link will be
www.test.com/About-us/Contact.html

And how can I convert also the links generated by the language buttons?
