You have to create a subgroup of your two groups and assign your page
to this subgroup.
For example if your two groups are A and B and you want to give to
both of them the permission to modify the page "Home", you have to
create the group C, your two groups A and B have to hinerit
permissions from group C and then you have to set group C as group for
page "Home".
