[TYPO3] Quote needed for medium sized web site project

We are accepting quotes for a new web site for a client. It is a "matchmaking" site for Companies, Investors, and Service providers. All of the graphic design will be handled by a different company. This quote should only include costs for the Typo3 programming/customization.
