[TYPO3] Showing different content element according to domain subfolder

1. By "subfolder" you actually mean RealURL page path, right?

2. By "address records" you mean tt_content elements or tt_address elements?

3. Would you go with TypoScript solution (thus available only to admins)
or do you want common backend users to set relations between pages and
displayed content?
