[TYPO3] NuSOAP error (Cannot redeclare class soapclient)

The EM uses nusoap itself and ships with a version that inside the EM 
directory. This may be a possible conflict.

Or you use PHP 5.x. I think there was a class clash between nusoap and the 
builtin PHP5 soap classes. But that's I a while ago and may have been resolved.
