[TYPO3] htmlArea conext menu with copy/paste and where is the documentation?

well if you go to extensions manager and display all extensions, then if 
there is a little page icon in the "Doc" column next to the htmlArea RTE 
you will eb able to download it.

Or if thats not there then what version of the RTE are you using and 
I'lls end you the manual
