[TYPO3] sys_workflow new page version bug?

thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately the page is is in the recycle bin, it is a page (version) just 
created using the workflow.

 From a database point of view I can explain the error message: the 'pid' field 
in the corresponding 'pages' record contains '-1'.
My guess now is that this should be a correct pid and the 'hidden' field should 
be '1' instead of '0'

Can anybody confirm this thought?

Is anybody using sys_workflows in T3 4.0.* for setting up their workflow?
