[TYPO3] Upgrade from TYPO3 3.x to 4.x

I've got experience, that it's enough to overwrite core and update 
tables in the Install module (you'll have to go directly using 
/typo3/install URL).

I'd recomend to update extensions as well. But there may be some more 
problems.

However, you'll have to check the template and probably make some 
corrections.
