Once you have logged in at:

http://typo3.org/community/your-account/loginlogout/

You can then manage your references on the 'Add/edit references' page:

http://typo3.org/1342.0.html?&no_cache=1&tx_t3references_pi1[editAdd]=1&cmd=edit
