[TYPO3] XHTML Transitional Validation - XML prologue issue

Hi Darko.

The optimal setting can be achieved using Conditions, like this:

[browser = msie] && [version=  <7]
config.doctypeSwitch = 1
[GLOBAL]

That will only apply the "doctypeSwitch" if the browser is IE and the 
version is below v7.
