[TYPO3] cannot redeclare xdebug

Hi

I get this error after installing rtehtmlarea:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare xdebug() (previously declared in 
/var/www/www.domain.dk/www/typo3/t3lib/config_default.php:305) in 
/var/www/www.domain.dk/www/typo3/t3lib/config_default.php on line 309

I thing I need to chage require to require_once somewhere, but can 
anyone tell me where to do it?
