[TYPO3] How to get the page titles in to <a> tag title attributes.

Hi,

I know how tos et attributes such as id, class and so on for links generated
for menus in typo3. What I want to do now is display the page title in the
link title attribute so that it appears in a tool tip.

How is this done?
