[TYPO3] Versioning works only in adminitrator BE user mode

Hi Dmitry,
with the Typo3 BO User Admin menu i have created a BE account (non 
admin) with all the options allowed (all modules, all Tables, All pages 
types, no excludefields, etc.)
Just to see if Versioning will be enable with this account.
But unfortunately it doesn't works. Versioning it still not available.

In the BE group Record i don't see a specific field or option for 
versioning.

Any other idea will be welcome ..
