[TYPO3] TSconfig for individual content objects?

I have a multiple instances of a plugin (seminars) on a single page and need
to configure them differently.

Haven't found anything in extensions or web so far that will allow me to
attach TS to individual content elements.

Am I missing something obvious here - somebody must have needed to do this
before?
