[TYPO3] adding to "rootline"

Hi - maybe COA is your friend -
something linke that:
lib.finalcrumbs = COA
lib.finalcrumbs {
10 < lib.breadcrumbs
20 < lib.nav
}
I think the linkWrap of the breadcrumb needs to be reassigned but that
should do the job.
