[TYPO3] RealURL in japanese

Is there any possibility to configure RealURL so that use the english
title of the pages to make the URL when you are navigating in japanese?
My problem is that the links in my pages doesn't work, I think that with
this I'll solve my problem, however I don't know if this is possible or no?
