now, as you ask: ;-)

what about a copy of one (or more) given content-element(s) into each new
page? 
configurable in page/user-TSconfig like:
plugin.tx_defaultconfig.defaultElements = 123,423,20
which should mean: copy the tt_content-elements 123,423,20 into each new
page.
be careful with contained media-files ;-)
