[TYPO3] plugin shows up twice in the drop down list

Hi,

Typo3 4.0.6

We installed the Address Directory (sp_directory 0.2.9) once.  But for
some reason, in the plugin dropdown list when I insert it as a plugin on a
page, 'Address Directory' shows up in the list twice.  One doesn't render
the directory.  The other one works fine.  Where should I go to delete the
redundant Address Directory that's not working in the plugin drop down
list?
