[TYPO3] cooluri only with two levels -- solved

Oh my. How come noone complained before? I've fixed it and it's going to 
TER right now.

There was 'default' => '1' in the ext_tables.php. Why? I really don't 
know. Now its 'default' => '0', so it has to be OK.
