[TYPO3] feuser_admin manual?

I have installed and want to use feuser_admin, but I can't find any 
documentation.  I've searched for "feuser_admin" on the documentation 
page 
(http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/) but 
nothing shows.

I want to RTFM, but where is it?
